DORA · Digital Operational Resilience
A European financial-services organisation established a coordinated, evidence-based approach to strengthening digital operational resilience and preparing for DORA oversight.
Challenge & Response
!
Customer Challenge
A European financial-services organisation needed to bring technology risk, operational resilience, incident management and third-party oversight into a coherent DORA programme. Responsibilities were distributed across technology, risk, compliance and supplier-management teams, while information about critical services and supporting ICT dependencies remained fragmented. Existing controls provided a useful foundation, but testing, evidence and management reporting were not consistently connected. The organisation needed clearer accountability, better visibility across critical or important functions, and a prioritised approach to strengthening resilience without duplicating established risk-management activities.
